COMMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN! Aureo offers commission services and creates personalized artwork for clients such as custom paintings, digital drawings, cover artworks, artwork for clothing and accessories, graphic design, branding and marketing visuals and more. Prices on commissions vary depending on the type of artwork that is being requested, sizing, supplies, and the amount of time spent into the commission. Once the client has made a request for a commission, a price quote and estimated time frame of completion will be sent to the client. Deposits and/or payment must be received first to begin the commissioned service(s).

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I do not offer international shipping through my site. Please inquire through the contact page for international shipping rates.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Canvas print orders take approximately 2 weeks (14 business days) to deliver with Standard Shipping.
Expedited Shipping orders take approximately 1 week (7 business days) to deliver.
Please allow 2-3 processing days for fine art print orders to be made and 1 week to deliver with Standard Shipping.
Fine art print orders with Expedited Shipping will deliver in 2-3 days.
I'm not happy with my print/commission! Can I get a refund?
All purchases and commission requests from Aureo and the Aureo Atelier shop are final sale, non refundable, and non exchangeable. During the creation process of the commissioned piece, multiple sketches are sent out for the client to approve to ensure that they are happy with the finalized product.
